NEW DENTISTRY AND ORAL SURGERY

This PgC Programme has been recognised PgC Programme
by the RCVS for Advanced Practitioner Status

The principles of examination and diagnostic imaging of the oral cavity will be covered initially. Later modules covering
topics such as dental disease, oncology, exotic patients and advanced dental techniques will broaden your knowledge
base to give you the skills to manage more complex cases.

This programme will assist you in consolidating your knowledge of both dentistry and oral surgery and in choosing
the most clinically appropriate diagnostic and treatment methods for each individual patient. Case-based material
will feature strongly throughout the programme.

Attend the full programme and successfully pass all ISVPS assessments to gain a General Practitioner Certificate
(GPCert) and then progress towards a Postgraduate Certificate (PgC) qualification by taking the Advanced Practitioner
Module delivered by HAU.
